Jamie Wright is an accomplished Insurance Advisor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. As a licensed insurance agent in Ohio and Kentucky, Jamie has dedicated her career to helping clients navigate the complex world of insurance. She is proud to partner with the Wright/Dolbow Insurance Agency in Newark, Ohio, where she prioritizes education, service, and community involvement- values that drive her both personally and within her business.

In addition to her work in insurance, Jamie is an active community leader and philanthropist. She is the Founder and President of Starfish Assignment Licking County, a non-profit organization that partners with local law enforcement to help people in need in the community. Under her leadership, Starfish Assignment Licking County was named the 2022 Licking County Non-Profit of the Year.

Jamie is an active member of various organizations in Licking County, including the Young Leaders of Licking County, the Kiwanis Club of Newark, and the Licking County Chamber Event Committee. She is also involved in the steering committee of the Small Business Council of Licking County, an Advisory Board member at Hope Valley – Helping Others through Personal Experience, and served as a spokeswoman for the Community Leadership Class of Licking County in 2020. In recognition of her contributions, Jamie was honored on the Newark Advocate’s top 20 under 40 list, named the Licking County 2021 Young Professional of the Year, and received the 2022 & 2023 Five Star Home & Auto Insurance Professional award. She was also recognized with the Ohio Insurance Agents (OIA) Community Service Award in 2021, which acknowledges Independent Insurance Agents’ exceptional services in their local community.

In addition to her professional and philanthropic pursuits, Jamie is also the host of the podcast, “For The Love of Licking County”: A podcast on leadership, entrepreneurship, and community impact, which is presented by the Licking County Chamber of Commerce.

Jamie’s interests include writing, music, cooking, and traveling. She loves spending time with her husband, children, and their French bulldog, Winston The Insurance Dog, who is quite popular on Instagram.
